Frequently asked questions.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes, we have a 3 day hire minimum
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, as our vans are in high demand..
What do you provide in the camper?
All our vans come fully equipped with quality bedding, towels, kitchenware, a fridge, stove and a few pantry staples. For outdoor living, we include picnic chairs and a table, rechargeable string lights, a solar shower, and a washing line with pegs.
To support low impact travel, each van includes reusable shopping bags and eco friendly rubbish bags. We promote responsible disposal of waste to encourage our guests to tread lightly whilst exploring WA.
Can I travel anywhere in WA?
You're welcome to explore Western Australia's stunning regions, but please note that our campervans are not 4WD vehicles and are designed for use on sealed, paved roads only. They are not suitable for rough or corrugated gravel roads, as these conditions can cause serious damage to the vehicle. Travel on unsealed roads—including those around Gnaraloo Station, Steep Point, Nyinggulu Coastal Reserve, and within Karijini National Park—is not permitted. Driving on any corrugated or unsealed roads throughout WA is also prohibited. For safety and insurance reasons, our vans cannot be driven further north than Vlamingh Head Lighthouse in Exmouth or further east than Cape Le Grand National Park in Esperance. If you're unsure about a destination or road condition, we’re always happy to assist with planning a safe and enjoyable route.
Do I need to refill the fuel tank?
Yes — please return the van with a full tank of fuel, just like when you collected it.
What if something is damaged during my hire?
Let us know straight away. We understand accidents happen and we’ll guide you through next steps.
Is there an age limit for drivers & can more than one person drive?
Drivers must be aged 21 years and over and hold a full license. Yes — additional drivers can be added but they must also meet our licence requirements.
