Booking and payment

• Minimum hire is 3 days for both Gloria and Grace.
• All payments are made securely through Camplify. We don't take direct payments.
• Please complete payment within 90 minutes of booking so we can lock in your dates. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled under Camplify's rules.

Cancellations

Both vans are on Camplify's Strict cancellation policy:

• More than 45 days before your hire: full credit. Refunds are available on request, less admin fees, and can take up to 30 days.
• 20 to 45 days before: 90% credit. Booking fees are not credited.
• Less than 20 days before: no credit or refund.

If you need to change your dates, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Drivers

• All drivers must be 21 or over and hold a full, current licence. P plates and L plates aren't accepted.
• Overseas licences need an official English translation or an International Driving Permit.
• Extra drivers can be added through Camplify and must meet the same rules.

Where you can go

• Sealed and paved roads only, within WA.
• North to Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, Exmouth. East to Cape Le Grand National Park, Esperance. Full access to the South West, including Margaret River, Albany and Denmark.
• Not permitted: unsealed, corrugated or gravel roads, Gnaraloo Station tracks, Steep Point, Nyinggulu Coastal Reserve tracks, unsealed roads in Karijini, and interstate travel.
• Not sure about a route? Ask us before you go.

Kilometres

200 km per day, averaged over your hire. Extra kilometres are charged at $0.50 per km.

Fuel

The vans are diesel only. You'll pick up with a full tank, so please return it full. Any missing fuel will be charged.

Pickup and return

Pickup and return are in Floreat. The exact address and instructions come with your Camplify booking confirmation. Please stick to your agreed pickup and return times.

Looking after the van

• Return the van clean inside and out, in the same condition you received it. Prefer not to? Add our clean for $95.
• No pets.
• No smoking in or around the van.

Insurance, damage and breakdowns

Insurance is included through Camplify. You'll choose an excess option at checkout. Every booking includes 24-hour roadside assistance through Camplify. If you break down, call Camplify roadside first, then let us know.
